A credit card is required to book this hotel reservation. If you wish to cancel, please do so in the allotted number of days below prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Should you cancel this hotel reservation within the allotted number of days of arrival, one night’s room and tax will be charged to this credit card. In the event you do not arrive on the above arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and a one night’s room and tax will be charged to this credit card.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD POLICY<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n
\n

The credit or debit card used for booking must be the same card presented for payment along with a valid photo ID upon check-in. In addition to the deposit(s) taken prior to arrival, a pre-authorization amount will be placed on your card at check-in. This is a temporary hold of a specific amount – it is not a charge to your account, but it can create a hold on those funds or against credit availability. We also may charge your card for any damages to the room or premises you or your guests cause. Once your actual incurred charges are posted at check-out, based on your bank, credit card company, or institution’s policy, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days for the original pre-authorization amount to be removed. It is your responsibility to be aware of how your bank, credit card company, or institution handles all of your transactions, including pre-authorizations. The hotel will not be responsible for any delay in releasing funds, or returning availability or any fees or charges by your bank, credit card company, or institution as a result of your use of a credit or debit card. We are unable to remove pre-authorizations directly through our hotel. We do not accept any third-party billing. This policy applies for all reservations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

CANCELLATION POLICY:<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n

7 days prior to date of arrival on applicable reservations. Advance Rate Plans are fully prepaid, non-changeable, and non-refundable. Should you cancel an Advance Rate Plan or in the event that you do not arrive on the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation shall be forfeited. Each particular rate plan has clearly defined cancellation polices as you proceed further into the booking process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. A State Tax of 6.5%, Occupancy Tax 5% and $40 nightly resort fee plus tax will apply to each reservation.

      100% of the resort fee is used to support these services. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity and no portion goes to any resort associate.

      Due to the limited parking available on the beach, large items such as trailers, boats, RV’s, jet skis, etc. cannot be accommodated. Please contact the resort prior to arrival for assistance in making alternate arrangements. Only one vehicle per room is permitted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the rates or details of the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error. Advance reservations for Dining must be made directly with the proper outlet after confirming your Room Package Reservation. All packages exclude taxes, resort fee and gratuities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      If you selected a reservation which includes a package please contact the resort prior to your arrival to confirm your dining reservations. Packages do not include gratuities.

      PARKING POLICY:<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n

      Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa offers valet parking at a nightly fee of $10 plus tax per vehicle. Large items such as trailers, boats, RV\u2019s, jet skis, etc. cannot be accommodated. Please contact the resort prior to arrival for assistance in making alternate arrangements.

      There is a $5 parking charge for visitors with vehicles coming to dine at the restaurant or to use the spa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      OCCUPANCY POLICY:<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n

      For guest safety and optimal comfort in our accommodations, no additional bedding outside of the existing bed configuration in our guest rooms and suites will be provided – this includes rollaway beds and cots. Pack and plays are available upon request for children up to three years old and within the safety guidelines of the equipment provided.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      DOG POLICY:<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n

      Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa welcomes well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less. Guests bringing dogs must have them leashed at all times when outside of the room and will be charged a non-refundable fee of $100 per night, per dog; maximum of two dogs per room. Room type and location restrictions may apply, including our pools, restaurants, and certain areas of the beach. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Housekeeping service during your stay should be arranged either when you and your dog are not in the room, or if you are, the dog must be leashed or crated. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
