A credit card is required to book this hotel reservation. If you wish to cancel, please do so in the allotted number of days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Full deposit due 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel inside of 7 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be forfeited. For stays during holidays and special events, a full deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival the full deposit will be forfeited.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

  • You may cancel your reservation within the allotted number of days that was specified at the time of booking and\/or in your reservation confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n

    At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Photos of guestrooms are representative of the general design and decor of the rooms. The exact layout and view in any of the guestroom photos are not guaranteed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    \n

    Special Terms apply for Advance Rate Plans which are Fully Prepaid, Non-Changeable, Non-Refundable and will be noted as such in the Rate Plan Description.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD POLICY<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n

    The credit or debit card used for booking must be the same card presented for payment along with a valid photo ID upon check-in. In addition to the deposit(s) taken prior to arrival, a pre-authorization amount will be placed on your card at check-in. This is a temporary hold of a specific amount – it is not a charge to your account, but it can create a hold on those funds or against credit availability. We also may charge your card for any damages to the room or premises you or your guests cause. Once your actual incurred charges are posted at check-out, based on your bank, credit card company, or institution’s policy, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days for the original pre-authorization amount to be removed. It is your responsibility to be aware of how your bank, credit card company, or institution handles all of your transactions, including pre-authorizations. The hotel will not be responsible for any delay in releasing funds, or returning availability or any fees or charges by your bank, credit card company, or institution as a result of your use of a credit or debit card. We are unable to remove pre-authorizations directly through our hotel. We do not accept any third-party billing. This policy applies for all reservations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    The daily $40 resort fee provides every guest with:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

    • Two beach chairs and towels daily per room<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Access to resort private beach<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use of one beach umbrella daily per room<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Use of fitness equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In-room bottled water upon arrival<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • In-room coffee with coffee maker<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Daily USA Today delivered to room on weekdays<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Nightly turndown service, upon request<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Wireless internet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Unlimited local and toll-free calls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n

      100% of the resort fee is used to support these services. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity and no portion goes to any resort associate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      \n

      Advance reservations for Dining must be made directly with each outlet after confirming your Room Package Reservation. All packages exclude taxes, resort fee and gratuities<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      \n

      On premises parking is limited to in-house guests only. Valet parking is mandatory, self-parking is not allowed. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      \n

      Grills and cook tops are not permitted inside rooms, on room patios or on the beach. Glass containers are also not permitted on the beach or pool deck.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      \n

      Food consumption at the tables in Latitudes is limited to food and beverage purchased from the resort. Parents must accompany their children when ordering from the outlets. You are welcome to enjoy your own food and beverages in your room or on your private patio, however, no outside deliveries will be permitted to the pool deck.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      \n

      Private umbrellas and tents are not permitted on the beach as they are available for rental through the resort directly. Chairs are provided at no charge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      \n

      Private coolers are not permitted on the pool deck.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      \n

      In the interest of all guests, smoking is permitted in the designated area only. Smoking is not permitted on the pool deck or at the pool bar and restaurant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      \n

      DOG POLICY<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n
      \n

      Delray Sands Resort welcomes well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less. Guests bringing dogs must have them leashed at all times when outside of the room and will be charged a non-refundable fee of $100 per night, per dog; maximum of two dogs per room. Room type and location restrictions may apply, including our pools and restaurant. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Housekeeping service during your stay should be arranged either when you and your dog are not in the room, or if you are, the dog must be leashed or crated. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

      Certified service dogs that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
